How to Write - 8 steps to Follow when writing articles

1. First thing to do is choose your topics. As you're just starting out, I recommend that you go with those ones that you find interesting or those that you enjoy discussing. This will make the process a bit easier for you. Talk about your hobbies, your personal experiences, and those things that you're an expert on.
2. Write a working title. Spend as much time as you need in writing a working title for your article. Remember, this must summarize your content. It must be very short but eye-catching. Carefully choose the words that you're going to use and make sure that they have what it takes to get your target audience to pay attention to your article.
3. Plan your content. Instead of tapping your keyboard right away, I suggest that you take a moment to figure out the specific information that you'll include in your articles. Create an outline that you can easily follow later on. This can help you make sure that your content will flow smoothly even before you startwriting and this can help you not to forget the things that you need to discuss on your article.
4. After choosing your topics, writing your titles, and planning your content, the next thing to do is to start writing your articles. Make sure that you start strong so you can draw your readers in. Present intriguing information or compelling questions on your first couple of sentences. The idea here is hook your readers and get them to read on.
5. Use short paragraphs. Discuss the ideas that you have previously listed using short paragraphs or those that contain no more than 5 sentences. This can help your readers in easily digesting each information that you're trying to get across and in making your articles easy on the eyes and readable.
6. Tone. Write using conversational, more laid-back tone to easily put your readers at ease. Write as if you're talking to them personally. Use simple terms, short sentences, and common expressions that you'll normally use when having conversations with your friends. Ask questions every now and then, inject appropriate humor, and tell engaging stories. Doing all of these will help you give your audience great reading experience.
7. Keep it short. Don't make your articles unnecessary lengthy. Communicate your thoughts and ideas using as few words as possible. Eliminate fillers and don't beat around the bush. Focus on your topics by offering only related information.
8. Review and revise. End the process by checking your articles. It's important for you to make sure that they do not contain spelling, grammar, and other errors. Also, ensure that each of your paragraphs makes sense and that your content flows smoothly.
